The I Hate Butterflies Community

I was in 2nd grade and my class was taking a field trip to a butterfly garden. when we got there everyone was excited an running into the enclosed garden to get a cup filled with syrup that attracts the butterflies, and me being a clutz managed to spill it all over my arm which for some reason atrracted at least 20 butterflies the worst part was after a while the werent even going for the syrup they were just like swarming me so i started to freak out and swat and yell untill finally one of the chaperones came to help and took me to the gift shop for the rest of the field trip and for the rest of the day i could still fell them crawling on me and flapping there wings in my ears. When i finally got to sleep that night i had a nightmare about it. In the nightmare i was on a playground when i saw a butterfly not remembering in my dream what had happened earlier in real life i ran for the butterfly sticking out my finger unfortunately it landed on my finger and squeezed harder and harder then i remembered what happened earlier that day so i flipped out which only made it squeez harder untill finally it snapped my finger off and started to fly away with it when i finally woke up completly terrified. Ever since then i cant handle even seeing a butterfly or anything that resembles one

That must have been horrible! That bad accident with the syrup must have been a shock and when all the butterflies can swarming towards you must have been terrifying, especially since you were young at the time
